LB reasons for downgrades and lots of other semi analysis: lehman.com After reading most of the downgrades it seems that LB is not trying to do anything but put forth there opinion....IMHO there opinions are not worth much...maybe that is why you can read them for free! Anyways IDT gets a good writeup but is downgraded because it still has lots of exposure to commodity SRAM....by the time LB starts drooling over IDT it will be 30 bucks a share. charlie
