This story is full of verifiable lies. The budget deficit fell every single year under Clinton after hitting an all-time high in Bush's last year in office. I did an entire website on this issue so I know the numbers. Reagan and the two Bushs were fiscal disasters while Clinton gave us balanced budgets (republicans wanted tax cuts instead) and Obama saved the economy from collapse.
