There is, but don't bother. Just come up with a set of sanctions, and punish us for Trump's sins. It'll be good for us. Do unto us what we have done on to others. Oh, and don't forget to put a carbon tax on our products. You can use the money for your transition to a carbon-free country. America will pay for your wall of windmills.
