Mikes, et al, I too have been in this turkey since the HURI days (as much as I hate to admit it!), and I only keep it in my portfolio as a reminder of the perils of trusting my money to questionable managers. Fortunately, I never put much cash into Hughes Resources, so my loss is reletively minor. My questions are: 1. Does Phoenix Resources still have any going business, or is it merely a shell? 2. What, if anything, is MVPH likely to be worth when restriction period ends? 3. Am I wasting my time even worrying about it?
