I recommend everyone attend a Friday Night Lights game for their local high school team. I personally like to follow the teams up and down the field by walking the fence. Typically the kids are all crammed into one section of the stands (wearing all white and chanting things I can't repeat), the band is playing loudly, the cheerleaders are performing for the fans, the concession stand is grilling hamburgers, the parents are selling team merchandise on tables, there's typically a bake sale as well... and so on. How can you beat that?!
