Wouldn't someone interested in Ceph also look to buy Celtrix? They have IGF with its binding protein; which appears to be more safely tolerated at higher doses and stays longer in ones system than IGF itself. Plus the market cap of Celtrix is a small fraction of Cephalons. Sop why not buy both?
