I tried to buy a replacement fur hood liner for my wife. The online rep wanted $80.00 for a piece of animal skin! I told him that was far too much and asked if he could sell it for his cost since we paid a ton of money years ago for the full coat. He said he wasn't "allowed" to. I called BS and told him to forget it. I badmouth the company whenever I can.
