Hello Patrick; I tried calling and couldn't get anyone, so I can't add any more to this, but as you say, something has been screwed up by this management, or some other entity in Venezuela. With the House of Representatives being called in, I'm sure we will see more delays, it is a most unfortunate situation. Somebody fumbled, and dropped the ball, with this and it will most likely be the shareholder that will pay or have his or her money tied up for a long time?? Just what we need another elongated legal abyss, from which we know not when we return, kay sera sera! A well worded post my friend! With regards,Frank
