Speaking of fixes, Josh, my machine came back from Dell repair a couple of weeks ago. It seems to be fine, now. I think it was you who said it had to be the CPU. You were right. They replaced it and reloaded the OS.

Now I'm battling with them to return the hard drive carrier that was not returned with the computer. It only had one and I want a total of three so I can easily swap drives. Can't find any that fit the XPS8920, including at Dell. Very frustrating.
