I think it was more than poor earnings that hurt NUMD. Tax-selling and the poor microcap market really hurt.

I think it's an excellent buy under $1. Currently, bid is $0.84375 and ask is $0.96875. NUMD is probably a good takeover target. It's trading under book value and if you get rid of upper management's salaries, NUMD would show some nice profits. Therefore, NUMD would look attractive to a company in the same business that can consolidate operations and get rid of current NUMD upper management. NUMD could be worth between $2 and $3 with a takeover. Of course, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for a takeover, but you never know.

Without a takeover, I think NUMD will eventually show reasonable profits and the stock should get back over $2 (eventually).

Anyone who buys NUMD needs to be a very patient investor.
