Don't blow your cool over Kugler, he's not worth it. Just send complaints to the SEC & the NASD. I'm not sure Principal cares, but the NASD suggests forwarding complaints there too.
Look, I have many clients who are brokers & traders, they all agree that Kuglers behavoir is abusive and unethical. One of them turned Kugler down for a job. Now, if Tonto has no problem with this kind of abuse, and in fact sanctions it, it just demonstrates to us the character of those who claim to be so 'objective', they're not. They are here to shake shares , as is Kugler, its' just good-cop/bad-cop....if Tonto can't see the abuse this broker is commiting on our investment, its' good to know that, its good to know what these guys are all about.
But King, don't let them get to you...they certainly aren't worth it...send your complaints, do it by the book, hit them where it hurts and DEMAND YOUR CERTS...38,000 and counting!!
