Actually, it committed us to paying billions of dollars to island nations for "reparations." Stupid. We had already paid something like $3 Billion, which as usual, was more than anyone else paid.

Until we get honest science, we need to save our money in case we actually need to spend some money to actually solve a problem, if it turns out there is one.
