i was wondering if TI has already made the payment to WSTL. if so, i think we could see an upside earnings suprise. in addition, some of the deployments have already begun if seamens wasnt lying, so there should be much higher sales figures and , hopefully, earnings if they maganed to cut costs.

anyone have any ideas?
