There's a remote possibility the data could be just good enough to show an effect, and with a fairly clean safety profile, Gottlieb's FDA might approve it. My guess is, even in that scenario, the uncertainty would tank the stock some, though not as much as unequivocal failure. Could hit on one endpoint and not the other. Showed no effect on longer time frames in P2, but they did this P3 trial for 24 weeks, not 48. P2 showed a tiny effect at 24 weeks, but it tailed off.
