NEWS RELEASE TRANSMITTED BY CANADIAN CORPORATE NEWS FOR: RIOSUN RESOURCES CORPORATION VSE SYMBOL: RSR JANUARY 8, 1998 Riosun Resources Madagascar Update CALGARY, ALBERTA--Mr. P. Charles Cochrane President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Griff Lloyd P. Eng., P. Geol. and Mr. Gerhard Jacob P. Geol., M.Sc. Geol., Mining Mgr., returned from Madagascar in late December. As a result of this trip, additional equipment was purchased and is scheduled to arrive at the mine site during the later part of January.
