To BM & all, JP Morgan did a study and put out a great piece back in May/97 on the Y2K problem. It's a 17 pager but well worth the read. Noteworthy in the artical is a statement - "Cost is NOT the largest problem however - time and people are the scarcest resources. Compliance will represent a resonably close call for everyone, but corporate and governmental entities not yet currently mobilized and actively working on the problem are already in deep trouble."
