Hi Jane,
In the last days evil will increase. That's a prophecy about end times, isn't it. It has certainly happened. Look at murder. In the 1800's it was pretty bad with industrial societies wiping out more primitive races. But in the 1900's look out. Take Germany's 8 million or so and Russia's 32 million, Mao's unknown millions in the Red revolution but let's say 30 mil, the american holocaust 30 million or so, Pol Pot? and others. Millions more. That's 100 Million plus millions more not listed murdered in this century now coming to a close. I think we can honestly assume this is unpresidentd in history. There have always been slaughters before but never on this scale.
