Yes Korea. The guy in front of me bought some too and kept making a fuss with the clerk about how most other stores had raised their prices. The clerk just shrugged it off. Little did he know the next guy in line was a Cymer investor who monitors every change in the wind and looks for the slightest hint of positive signs in such trivality as the price of simms at the local computer shop.

It will be interesting to watch what the prices for various memory types do from here. $22 is pretty damn cheap.
