Re: "UK Guy"
I rec'd. a call today from Mr. Finlay, former head of Alydaar's European ops. and new CEO of a large London exchange-listed software co. (not in Y2K). He was extremely gracious to return my call and even moreso to share his time and info. He holds 135K shs. which he purchased for ~$1.5mm. He does not plan to sell anytime soon (though he refuses to be held to that if the stock doubles very shortly). He did not see eye to eye w/ Gruder or a couple of the others in management, has too much $$ to put up w/ any aggravation, and rec'd. an excellent offer from his current employer. He spoke very highly of Mr. Milligan's ability to guide the day to day affairs at ALYD and of course was extremely complementary of the people at Alydaar Int'l. (many of whom he hired). He is very proud of where they are now positioned and feels strongly that the company has a superior tool and will do extremely well. I hope that his generosity will be rewarded w/ privacy from those on this thread, but I do encourage Tech to leave a message for Mr. Finlay. Being quite familiar w/ Chase, I believe he may even open Tech's eyes as to the futility of his ALYD vs. CSGI argument. In summary, if I had not already owned the stock before speaking w/ this former employee, I would own it afterward.
