You are very correct in that there are many other carbon mines. I do not think the world is currently saturated with high-grade graphite products however. If it was the world would not be producing slightly inferior synthethic products to take the natural products place.
I think their operation will do just fine once it is all up and running.
I realized something else that I do not know for a fact -- but read anyhow. (I will verify)
They sold 2.3 million warrants for .10 each. They, if I read correctly are exercisable up to six months from now at .33/share. That will bring in one hell of a lot more money to the operation as these people exercise. I need to reread the details because I am speaking off the top of my head right now. The only problem I see is this -- if they all tried to sell now -- the price plummets. No matter what, these guys need to exercise and hold or else they just gave away .10/share. They cannot sell without screwing themselves and the rest of the private placement investors. I might like this more than I thought. Either they hold and the stock price remains fairly steady or they flood and anyone who is in at $2 or so is totally screwed.
I will read and call and try to get a better grip -- I am still running on some BS the company told me weeks ago that was not the least bit accurate.
