CJ,

Let's just hope that the carry over of revenue from Q3 to Q4 was enough to offset what was probably otherwise a soft quarter. I am not comfortable yet that an earnings warning is still not a possibility. Recall the big gap down several weeks ago from the mid $15's to $12 ? I can't help but wonder if analysts received guidance relative to a lousy quarter / earnings shortfall. I'll try calling the CFO if I get a chance tomorrow.

That being said, even in a worst case scenario (warning, or no warning, but miss) I still think that the downside from here is limited .....probably $10. I'd probably buy more in this case because the future does appear bright with the new product families.

I'll let an engineer field the SRAM based architecture vs. anti-fuse clarification in greater depth, as I'm not an EE, however, suffice it to say that this refers to the make-up of the logic cell. ACTL does not mfr. SRAM's.

Regards,

Larry
