But here's a personal observation that recognizes the work ethic of Latin American immigrants... they work hard. Over the years, I have interviewed or hired dozens of small companies to help maintain my house and properties. Painters, roofers, asphalt, lawn mowing, landscapers, carpentry, plowing, pool service, tree work, housecleaning, etc. Almost all of these services have a majority of workers (including the business owners) from Latin America. By and large, they are easy to deal with, work hard, and take pride in their work. I have become friendly with several of them over the years and regularly recommend them to my neighbors.
