I did not mean the stock would not do well due to other competition. Just that it was there and a fact to consider.

I agree with you on your acessment of the issue. I am concerned about the company feeding you or anyone else BS. I would really appreciate you getting a handle on the FACTS. That is what I was getting at on the previous post.

Eric, I ask Mr. Tyson and hope he answers me, but I have to say I do not really understand the issuing of more stock at .10 share. I see the stock is now in the 2.50 range and was as high as 112.50. Are these figures correct? How will the new .10 stock affect the price of
stock held by shareholders now. If I were a shareholder at the 2.50 or more range and they offered stock in the same company assets I would be miffed to say the least. Is there something I don't understand correctly? Please clarify this issue for me.
