the coconut's ballet teacher is staying w/ us until she finds her own place. the lady is a latin american from usa, ex ballerina of joffrey

she cooked us a meal of paella for saturday, complete w/ the usual ingredients including chopped green olives sprinkled on top

we further improved the dish by mixing in a chinese sauce made from scallops, chilli oil, and garlic

the meal was beautiful as well as delicious
