jas - Y2k is a big problem, but the time for the small companies has passed. I could never imagine a mid size company giving a contract to Zitel. Keane is a real Y2K company.

I only want to warn you that the financials et al for the company are in dire straights. You have been a gentleman, and I beg you to sell out and put the money in Keane if you really believe in the Y2K problem.
