You stumped? I find that hard to accept. Follow the dots. Look at past relationships: those that were once favorable and now are not. Who our friends are and now are not. Who is Venezuela friendly? Now consider what has been said re what someone would do in the past in other areas re Crude and now bridge it to Venezuela. What's that do to Crude?
