Mark, I first would like to say I am personally honored, that you posted this request to me,and secondly that you see the potential of Harmonic. I have consulted my attorneys and my financial advisers,and they both think it is ill advised that I try to write an article by this Sunday. My ego got the better of me last night,and after a nights rest,I have come to the conclusion that I personally must defer to someone else. It is an honor,and I am thrilled to death by it. But the deadline is way too tight for me,and my work is what must come first. Again, if at some later point I can take the time to carefully pursue this,have it proof read by my consel,and then by Harmonic staff I would be willing to do it. Tim
