Alfa Bank lawyer nominee to head DOJ Criminal Division unqualified for job Brian Benczkowski, Trump nominee to head DOJ Criminal Division, has never been a prosecutor or criminal defense lawyer, has no courtroom experience, but has represented Alfa Bank. He's only being nominated to this important position to obstruct the justice the recused Sessions can't. I hope the Senate rejects him. But then the President is a fraudster.
