Lee, in a variation of the "leg bone is connected to the ankle bone" I can only half-speculate that the delay in producing the proxy material (due, I surmise, to some late refinements of the Jolt contract) in turn held back the timing of SEC changes/approval which in turn held up distribution to shareholders and the necessary interval between that and the meeting. I don't think there's more to it than that. Hey, two days at 3/4 amidst a rotten tech market. I'm feeling better already! Chris
