Don: I agree. Just think the polls and predictions on what they said about the election. I still would have stuck to individual stock picking no matter who won this past election. How many (Majority or minority) economists or analysts have predictions above 3% GDP growth moving forward? What are they factoring in? (Although delayed lag)The way I see it. The stimulus has already passed . It was mother nature. IMO-The Tax cut that has yet to pass for GDP stimulus, is an added bonus. This if it does pass this year? Regardless, upon a possible passage of some kind . There will still be a lag for effect IMO.

The news media mindset on 3% GDP growth will be set on the seeing is believing narrative. IMO a guess 3% or better gives a pent up boost . Less than 3, a possible correction. However you never can count out unknown factors such as timing and events. Whatever happens, this is part of dealing and adjusting market conditions. Uncertainty is not a new narrative. It's been thrown my way through my investing years.
