Hi Betty, yes that could be a little misleading. But, I think the real point is that if IBM is building a 700 million dollar plant for chips made via X-ray lithograhy, it will give tremendous credibility to X-ray lithography, and bring it into the limelight. Then JMAR will be very attractive to many companies who cannot afford synchotrons, but can afford a point source system for smaller production runs.....;^)
