Believe ZMAX attorneys did a good job of stating the risk factors, don't you? Seriously, I'm glad you took the time to look. So which one particularly scares you off, the "Uncertain and Undeveloped Market for Millenium Services", the other risk factors that could be said to apply to almost any y2k firm, or the ones specific to Zmax, like, say, the fact that it's more development stage, or that a bunch of undisclosed furriners own shares?

Even more humbly,

Doug

P. S. In looking over the risk factors, I just noticed that Zmax has not completed any large scale conversion projects yet, and there can be no assurances that they will do so. This is probably a dumb question, but has anyone at all completed a large scale conversion project, to the point that it is completely y2k compliant?
