Good evening BellBoy,
Have you ever invested in a company that you've followed for a long time and have a gut feeling about? I know that we shouldn't fall in love with a stock...but it's more than that. Everything I've read about the problem and the tools that are out there make my belief in MAP2000 even stronger I'm not going to get into the specifics at this time, because the only thing that will make any difference are CONTRACTS. Obviously, I maybe totally off base, although I do not believe that is the situation.
In regards to the fact that Keane and other companies have been announcing y2k contracts doesn't surprise me. The majority of these contracts have been for assesment of the situation .I know that there are some individuals who believe that a great deal of code has been corrected already. Unfortunately, I can't agree with that contention. If so much code has been converted already, then why have we seen the recent studies being released that indicate only a small percentage of the companies out there have even completed the assesment phase? Therefore, is it surprising that Zitel's financial state is as bad as it is at this time? Having said this, I strongly believe that a greater percentage of the code is converted, we will begin to appreciate the true value of the MAP 2000 technology.
There are many individuals on this thread who have expressed very different views in regards to the y2k issue in general and Zitel in specific. We all should continue to post any information that will further educate us in regards to this topic and try to stay away from hype...be it from the LONG or SHORT side.

Sincerely,

Jas
