Irrelevant. Bush gave Congress intelligence that was so flawed every single piece of it turned out to be wrong. You want to blame Democrats for the fact that Bush lied to Congress, the American people and the world.

It's a sorry defense for lying or being 100% wrong. Even a coin toss is 50% right.
