31,000 federal personnel propositioned and/or in place for TX within a couple of days for Harvey. Corporate donations for Harvey was about $157 million. 40,000 federal personnel propositioned and/or in place for FL within a couple of days for Irma. Corporate donations for Irma topped $224 million. Seven days after Maria, there was still only 10,000 federal personnel in place for PR, which has far more damage (all of which was foreseen and predicted), plus more challenging logistics. Of course those 10,000 are working hard.. but they are sorely undermanned. Corporate donations for Maria thus far? $8.1 million. Poor planning for Maria compared to FL and TX. And considering that private donations are way down for PR compared to FL and TX, many don't seem to care. Trumpov dropped the ball on PR and he's blaming PR's for his failure. It's never Trumpov the Thinskinned's fault. Gen. Honore said the other day he had 20,000 troops to deal with NOLA ... one city. That the media is trying to Katrina Trumpov doesn't matter, he has failed and that failure isn't the media's or PR's fault.
