I agree with you. Most of the contracts have been for assessment and planning the conversion. There is still a BUNCH of work to be done.

There are a bunch of toolettes out there that have come out of the woodwork. A lot of those toolettes came from people who thought they could read a COBOL manual and write a simple remediation program. Boy, were they surprised. The remediation process is more than just converting some language constructs.

With all the work there is left to do, MAP2000 should be able to get their fair share. And, probably more than their fair share. I think (pure conjecture) that it will very likely be one of the higher quality products.

Note, however, that I'm a mainframe bigot and think all this work should be done on the mainframe. MAP2000 is a PC-based tool.

Now, the investment question is a totally different animal. Will announcing a major contract or two make ZITL's stock price take off? I think so, but I'm not gambling on it.
