Catalonia (Barcelona) has always been the wealthiest part of Spain, even before they were part of Spain. Catalonians would dearly love to be partially or wholly independent of Spain. Their public-private Caixa Foundation and Caixa Bank is the big powerhouse there. Catalonians love the benefits of being part of the EU and are closely connected with France, with a TGV station in Barcelona offering high-speed connections to all of Europe. I'm going to be supporting a new far-right Republican candidate for president in the 2020 elections, a Clown who previously worked for the Barnum and Bailey circus. His stage name is Clarence Toadstool and his far-right politics make him the only clown I know of who always includes a loaded pistol in his act - and it fires bullets rather than a pop-down flag which says "BANG!". Republicans will LOVE Toadstool's trademark routine. This cow-bell rings every time he shakes his right leg. It's going to go viral. I sure hope nobody like ANT makes me very sad by voting for Republican Clarence Toadstool for President in 2020.
