Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions about rotating out of a BTT stock that has been doing well in their portfolio for quite awhile and then moving onto another one of their ideas? This is something I've been thinking about for quite some time, especially when the rules for selling don't force me out of a position completely. YTD my portfolio is up over 65% and I'm very, very happy with the performance so I'm not complaining. But I wonder if there's a better way to improve my gains since the performance isn't much better than the average YTD 60% gain for all of the BTT stocks in the NGI and Leader's lists. It's apparent in my study of portfolio performance that the fastest and biggest gains come from the newer listed ideas. There is a point however when subsequent gains in existing positions aren't anywhere near the gains made in the newer ideas. I'd rather not overstay a position, instead look to be moving into a new one. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
