Not really when TNA has 78% insider vs ARD's 49% insider. Also TNA made over $1 million USD profit last quarter and owns physical commercial property vs ARD which has it's assets in tech based companies and insurance, nothing proprietary. Dilution is irrelevant if majority is insider held.
