The ACA took good insurance away from 260 million Americans.
Link or lie... I'd say removing discrimination against people with pre-existing conditions, removing coverage caps etc. is not removing "good" insurance. The only failure I see in ACA is not limiting premiums for people on the exchange and not providing a public medicare option
