Curious what is the going in cap rate or unleveraged return on investment on current price for 650sf flat in HK? Also what about PITI with say 10% down versus equivalent rent?

That very expensive cities like Toronto and Sydney are 'only' 7-8 years gross annual income versus 20 in HK also passes the housing bubble for the ages smell test

OT: Strange world we live in bet half the USA glued to their social media all day for clues as to whether the nut in Las Vegas was left wing or right wing. I wonder if he was posting on the SI political boards for years under another name thus much harder to track his footprint?? Many angry educated retired 64 years olds on SI talking politics here 24/7
