This embedded graphic chip is for notebooks where it will reduce space because of less separate chips (both active and passive), lower power consumption and add performance because of wider internal bus width to memory. I am also willing to bet you that it is the first product from the 0.25um process. If that is the case, then they are on their way to the 0.25um. patrick tang
