History tells us that Bush put UN inspectors back in Iraq, they said his intelligence was worthless so he ignored them and went to war anyway. A sane individual would have asked for better intelligence. There was no excuse or justifiable reason for war and that's why the excuses for war changed so often. A reason for war never changes.
