I'm not familiar with the bump stock things. I gather it allows a semi auto to shoot a burst of three or so at a time. And its legal. Just a way to run up your ammo spending imo.

They can also easily convert a semiauto to full auto but you can't buy a kit on the internet to accomplish that. That of course isn't legal. But if you're going to kill yourself after a shooting spree, you're not going to care about the law. That's the problem with gun laws.
