Pete,

The late trade of 28 had to have occurred after-market because it was properly identified as a NASD T-form trade (used for after-market trading). But, as has been noted, it is just one trade, so can't make much of it.

By the way, at the WCOM presentation in Scottsdale, they spoke of a new kind of Moore's law, one under which bandwidth demand doubles about every 3 months (3.6 months to be precise) and that WCOM had no alternative but to constantly plan to meet that constant doubling of demand. ASND provides the switches that manage this ever-doubling bandwidth capacity. Sounds good to me. May also explain why Mory said that the relationship with UUNET is strong and "is getting stronger."
