Eric,

I understand REVERSE splits only too well I am a vetern of more than my share.

But, I still don't understand what will become of the current price of 2.50 or thereof on the existing shares and the new ones at .10 and when are these shares supposed to go up for sale?

I am planning to tread softly till you get the boys at headquarters telling it like it is (truth) instead of what they want investors to believe. Keep on their you know whats till you shake the truth out of the rascals.

This is what gets to me; they should put every shread of information on their sites. Let us check it out. If the investor don't do their own due dilly it is their tough luck! But, ALL information pretaining to all parties involved in a joint venture should be laid bare for the investors to chew on.

Let's get tough fella's and get some good investigative DD going here.
