It was an obvious issue that if they offered free hardware, that demand would increase and would they be able to meet it. I got the answer as stated. Separately, they said that KVH was actually in a better state regarding sales compared with all their competitors, who were losing sales. It has been a difficult time in the marine communicatons sector for a while now. They have been able to maintain that 250 or so systems per quarter for some time. Sure, I wish it had been increasing, but it has not been the case for all their competitors. It should be interesting what Agile plans has boosted the rate to.
