Google "Obama $4 trillion deficit reduction plan" and learn how to learn. I gave you enough info to Google this on your own. Why didn't you? As I said, it was a starting point and republicans didn't have a counterproposal. Republican voters didn't care. I'm guessing their fake news on talk radio and fox didn't tell their listeners and viewers there wasn't a counterproposal so they could protect the idiots who vote for republicans from the facts.
