Was it that low then? I saw 8%. If you find a link let me know. We are probably above 18% in 2017 given Obamacare premium has almost tripled since 2014

Funny was looking a pie charts of distribution of federal expenditures. Military and VA were 55% of the total in 1962 now down to just 21%.
