I'm sure you can pick up all you need at any gun show. Several methods of converting your assault weapon into full auto are available at every gun show I've been to. You could buy your assault weapon there, but a kit to convert it to 3 shot selective fire and full auto as well as single shot at another table, and buy your silencer parts at another table. One stop shopping for your mass murder needs!
